SFL Intern Survival Workshop (24-Jun-2026)

On 24 June 2026, the SFL Intern Survival Workshop equipped our newest medical graduates with the essential tools for a successful housemanship. This flagship programme serves as a vital bridge, transforming medical school theory into the fast-paced reality of clinical practice.

The session offered practical, field-tested guidance on preparing for housemanship, empowering graduates to hit the ground running with confidence. Participants mastered effective communication with healthcare professionals for seamless teamwork, while also gaining critical insights into vital soft skills—including maintaining a professional doctor's image, upholding patient privacy, and navigating the proper use of social media. Finally, the workshop introduced relaxation techniques like mindfulness to help graduates manage the stress of demanding shifts.

With a decade of proven success, this workshop continues to be the ultimate preparation for modern housemanship.

We would like to express our gratitude to the guest speakers and medical alumni who shared their expertise:
