Project Brief 

Launched in 2009, AMPOULE is an interactive drug enquiry platform administered by registered pharmaicsts. It is a free and professional platform for general public to find useful drugs and health information. Registered users can inquire about their medication and schedule video conference with our pharmacists.

AMPOULE hosts a wide range of topics focusing on the safety and proper usage of medications as well as personal health management. In order to reach out more platform users and provide ready to hand information to general public, AMPOULE will launch a mobile app in Fall 2019 for both Andriod and iOS users.

Every AMPOULE member can make an appointment with the AMPOULE administrator for a web conference.

AMPOULE is an online interactive drug enquiry platform administered through the Chinese University of Hong Kong School of Pharmacy.

Service Users

Majority of Ampoule users are Hong Kong citizens, and among them are a group of elderly service workers who inquire about medication enquries for their service members.

As pharmacists, we specialise in the safe and effective use of medications. We believe that pharmacists are in the best position to answer any drug-related queries.
